About

I started in the property sector as an investor and developer in 2000, with experience in student, commercial and private residential. But it wasn’t until 2020 when I wanted to find out more about improving my portfolio to an EPC C rating that I did a course to learn more – from there I found a passion for the energy sector and started building my own business. My interest in the history of the built environment all started with a GCSE in Geography in the 90’s, wandering around Marlow!

In 2024 I undertook a contract as a retrofit surveyor sub-contractor for Property Tectonics, I was so impressed by their processes and ethics, I was honoured a few months later when they made me an offer to become their South Wales & West Lead Retrofit Surveyor. Working for Property Tectonics, I have access to a full range of Chartered Building Surveying services for my clients and they provide me with the structured training I need for my APC to become a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

I have completed my MSc in Building Surveying and have applied for AssocRICS status and membership with RPSA while I continue to grow my surveying career to become a Chartered Surveyor.
